I've just figured out where to read these extensive guidelines - do you presume noone's read them because everyone is so mean to each other, or have you got some super hi-tech tracking software ?
nah we go on the honor system around... or as it's commonly called "complete and total anarchy" This forum will have no acts of moderation or administration carried out on it (primarily because I'm way to lazy for that sort of thing) you guy's are on your own... so you better play nice since you've got to live by jungle law.
